Energy Type

The first place to start when you’re learning about your human design is your energy type – this is how you’re designed to interact and exchange energy with the world around you, whether that be with people, your purpose, or the things that life puts on your path. When we’re using our energy correctly, there is more flow and life unfolds with ease, synchronicities are everywhere. Whereas when we’re not, that’s when life throws us roadblocks like tiredness, lack of opportunities, and generally feeling uninspired. The latter symptoms are simply the Universe’s way of getting you to pivot and re-align with who you really are.

These videos essentially are a manual on how best to move through the world: how to use your energy, what to conserve it on, and how to re-align.

Of all the sections in Human Design, Mastering your energy type is the one that has the most profound and life-altering impact on not only you, but also everyone around you.

Authority 

Each centre in your human design chart has wisdom and information to give you. However there’s one of your centres that’s the MVP – the one in charge of making all your life decisions. The problem with our current way of doing things is that we’ve all been taught to believe that our minds are in charge, but this only creates, anxiety, stress, disconnect and worry. For as long as we’re listening to the mind, we’ll never feel that we can trust ourselves to make the right decisions.

We are each supposed to be making decisions from a different energy centre, such as our gut, our instinct or our emotions, so that the mind can be free to do other things like observe life and develop our genius. As they say in Human Design when you listen to your inner authority, the world sees you as an outer authority.

Q. How do I know if my spleen is defined or undefined?    A. If your spleen is colored in it is defined, if it is white it is undefined.

Profile (Personality)

Profile describes how you see yourself and how the world sees you which are always two different things. Your profile is your archetype; are you the challenge solver, the regal authority figure, the living contrast or something else. Discover what this means about the role that you came to play.
