Finding & Reading Your Chart

How do I find my chart?

To find out your chart just enter your birth date, time and place here.

Why do I get an error message when I try to get my chart?

If you get an error message when you tried to get your chart on our website – please make sure you select your place of birth from the drop down list that appears after you type in the first few letters. If you type the place in full it will return an error.

I can’t see the town/city where I was born to enter into my chart information?

In Human Design the birth place is only used to obtain the correct time zone. If your city does not appear in our database, please select the nearest larger city.

How do I find out the time I was born?

To find your time of birth, in most cases it’s on your birth certificate (or your mom may know). If not, you can speak to relatives and check with the hospital where you were born, or you can find very good astrologers who specialise in chart rectification (the science of figuring out your exact time). If you know approximately when you were born you can run your chart several times through a period of time and see what changes. You can be certain of the elements of your chart that stay the same through this time period.

How do I cancel or pause my app subscription?

Why doesn’t my App login work on the website?

You need separate logins for the website and the app, they’re not connected and have different information and formats.

Will I get a certificate?

Yes! Just email us at [email protected] when you have completed the course and we’ll send you your certificate.

How long do I get to keep the videos for?

The videos will be in your account forever and we recommend you watch them whenever you need a refresher

I already know a lot about Human Design, can I skip Level 1?

No, we ask that everyone starts with Level 1 as Jenna has a unique way of explaining Human Design and it is important to understand the basics from her.

Where do I find copies of Jenna’s slides?

You can find them in your account under ‘My PDFs’

Are there any plans for Jenna to teach live in the future?

Jenna doesn’t have any plans to teach the course live at this time.

How long are the videos?

Level 1 and Level 2 were recording over 1 day each of live teaching and Level 3 was recorded over 2 days of live teaching

Can I ask questions?

This is a pre-recorded course including several Q&A sessions, we feel that all the information is contained within the videos and do suggest re-watching them for details you may have missed

I’ve bought Level 3, where do I find the Advanced Chart properties?

Each new chart you generate on the website, when you’re logged in, will automatically have the Advanced Chart Properties added to the bottom of the list of Chart Properties. If you have charts already saved just click to edit and then re-save them and the Advanced properties will be added.

Do you have a payment plan?

Yes, you can pay using our payment plan, just click here for more details.

Do you have Closed Captions?

Yes all the videos have Closed Captions in English – just click on the ‘CC’ symbol on the video to switch on or off.
